Instructions for presenters
The day and time of your (oral/poster) presentation will be posted on the conference website by July 29th, 2018. You will receive a printed version of the Final Program at the Registration Desk of the conference site.
Abstracts will be available in two electronic forms:
eBook of Abstracts (pdf with eISBN) will be provided on pendrives,
HTML version will be accessible from the conference webpage.
Instructions for oral presentations
The time of an oral presentation is 15 minutes + 5 minutes for a discussion.
The computer for presentations will be provided by the organizers.
Instructions for Plenary Lecturers
The time of the Keynote Lecture is 45 minutes + 15 minutes for a discussion.
Instructions for Keynote Lecturers
The time of the Keynote Lecture is 30 minutes + 10 minutes for a discussion.
Instructions for poster presentations
Posters should be prepared to be displayed on the poster board of the size 'portrait A0' (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 in). Each poster board will be labeled with the author's name, the paper number and the session number.
Posters should be displayed on the day of presentation (preferably before 9:00 a.m.) and removed in the evening on the same day.
