23% VAT is included in the conference fee.
A fee reduction is possible for young scientists who's abstract has been accepted.
To apply for the fee reduction, please send an email to solmech2018@ippt.pan.pl with a mandatory subject line "SOLMECH 2018 - Application for Graduate Student Fee Reduction".
The body of the email should include the following information:
1) ID of the accepted paper you intend to present at SOLMECH 2018 (Note that the applicant must be a presenting author of one paper)
2) Letter from the Department Head/Chair that states that you are a full time PhD student.
Applications for the fee reduction should be submitted before May 31st, 2018 June 15th, 2018. The decision will be made on June 18th, 2018.
We foresee a 50% fee reduction but please note that it is not guaranteed since the conference budget depends on the number of paying participants. Hence, only a limited number of fee reductions will be provided.
The early registration fee deadline is extended for applicants to June 22nd, 2018 regardless of the decision.
When a paid registration is cancelled before August 1st, 2018 then 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. After this date, the registration fee cannot be reimbursed.
Reminder: Each paid registrant at SolMech 2018 will be limited to one presentation. Participants may be an author of multiple abstracts, but may be the presenting author of only one abstract.
The registration fees covers:
- Welcome Reception, lunches and coffee breaks, Conference Gala Dinner,
- Participation in all sessions and the electronic conference materials (for fully registered participants and young scientists only)
